Shipment of your package
Packages are usually shipped within two days after payment reception. Shipments are sent through Colissimo La Poste [registered parcel post] with a number corresponding to the shipment and must be delivered under a signed document.
Shipment may also be made by DHL. Please contact us if you want to use this service as there maybe supplementary charges.
Whatever type of shipment you choose, we will send you a link to follow your product on line.
Shipping costs include preparation and packing, as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs may vary according to the total weight of the package.
We advise you to regroup all your items in one order. We cannot regroup two orders passed separately as shipment costs apply to each of them.
The dimensions of each packaging are appropriate for each product and thus be properly protected.
